By registering for the ‘4th R N Raikar Memorial International Conference on Advances in Science & Technology of Concrete’, all participants agree to be bound by, and comply with, these Terms and Conditions. It is the participant’s responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions.
All the authors / presenters need to register (onine/ offline).
The fees include delegate kit, conference document, lunch and tea/coffee on all the days.
Fax, phone and email registrations will be accepted when a credit card is used as the method of payment.
Registrations with payment will only be processed. Credit card facility is available for spot registration (Master Card / Visa / American Express / Diner’s Club Cards preferred).
Conference registrations will not be confirmed until the completed form and the correct payment is received and processed by the Conference Office. Once payment has been received, an email confirmation and a receipted invoice will be sent. If payment is not made at the time of booking, registration will be provisional.
Participants are responsible for taking appropriate insurance coverage in connection with their attendance at the conference. Where the participant is traveling from outside of the host country to attend the conference, appropriate travel insurance should be purchased independently and in advance of any travel or travel bookings.
The delegates shall insure and keep insured any property they bring onto the venue and/or the accommodation, and any such property is brought onto, or left, at the venue and/or the accommodation at their own risk.

Registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Institute reserves the right to make alterations to the programme, date and/or venue at any time with prior notice to registered delegates.
Delegates are required to comply with the rules and regulations governing the applicable venue and/or accommodation.
Governing Law
The relationship between You and ICACI shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions and for resolution of any dispute arising out of Your use of the Services.

As this is a conference website no products will be shipped or delivered.
